I am seeking a proficient Revit and AUTOCAD user to create detailed structural plans. As a structural engineer, I have already completed all necessary calculations. Therefore, no additional computations are required for this project. The primary task will be to draw the plans according to my specifications. Please note that this project solely involves drafting; all engineering aspects have been addressed. House plans to be completed. Mark ups provided in 2 stages. DWG provided. You need to have experience in completing drawings for building approval. This job may need revisions once submitted for building permit. After revisions the job will be complete. Mark ups need to be reflected on entire set of plans (10 sheets in all) We will need to have at least one phone call to clarify the job.
