I'm seeking an experienced architect who has background in designing medium-sized (1000-2000 sq ft) rustic homes. The objective is to create a simple and warm cabin-like house following key specifications: - Comply with the current British Columbia Building Code (stage 3 efficiency) - Must have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Your role will also involve assisting me through the process of obtaining a building permit. Familiarity with this process in British Columbia is a major plus. Ideally, you should have previously designed homes that fit within these building codes and weather conditions.
