Long term technology virtual assistant with sales capabilities

Start 2021 with a BANG!

We are looking for an experienced remote technology sales rep with high level of administrative experience. Candidate will work closely and help WebtrixPro’s CEO manage day to day operations and help run the companies marketing and sales campaigns.

This is a full-time job, so please only apply if you do not have any other commitments. Work hours are between 9am-6pm EST (EASTERN USA).

Responsibilities:

 Assist the CEO implementing the company’s marketing and sales strategy

 Review and understand current sales process

 Outbound sales calls

 Appointment/Demo scheduling

 Preparing proposals for clients

 Billing management and invoicing

 Following up with clients

 Phone receptionist

 Calendar management and meetings coordination

General Requirements:

• Technology knowledge and background

• High level of English spoken and written

• Strong phone skills

• Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution oriented

• Familiarity with CRMs or ability to learn new systems quickly

• Phone sales experience

• Excellent organization, time management and follow-up skills

Requirements:

• Working laptop or desktop

• High speed Internet - 10mbps or higher (Will be asked to speed test)

• Headset with noise cancellation

• Home-office setup with quiet location

• Ability to communicate via WhatsApp and Skype

• Install time tracking software on your computer
