Convert uc_donation_incentives module from to Drupal 7

We are launching a new storefront that using Drupal 7 and ubercart 2.x. The store is being built on the concept of giving a portion of the sales price to charities and the uc_donations_incentives module was built just for this purpose, however it has not been ported over to Drupal 7 and it doesn't look like it is going to be ported. I have run the module though the coder module and I can get the module to show up in D7, however there are still some errors. The scope of the work is to convert the module from it current D6 form to D7 such that it can be utilized in the store. At this time there is no additional functionality required. I have attached the results of the coder module, for the initial conversion from D6 to D7.
