Video Editor like Hoopflix & KickFlix

I need a professional video editor with expertise in Premiere Pro and After Effects to work on my series of entertainment videos. Each video will be over 5 minutes long.
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience in editing similar videos to those of Hoopflix, KickFlix and MagnatesMedia.
- Ideal candidate will have a strong sense of timing and visual composition, along with a passion for storytelling.
- Must be able to source and incorporate the best background music and sound effects to enhance the video's entertainment value.
- Per minute price should range between ₹250-300.
The primary goal of these videos is entertainment, so I am looking for a creative editor who can bring a fresh perspective to the content. The series has the potential to be ongoing, with more than 5 videos expected to be edited in total.
