I'm seeking a creative, proficient graphic designer to create a unique corporate logo for my modern, innovative business. This logo will serve as the first point of engagement for potential customers; therefore, it must effectively communicate brand recognition and project a professional image.

What I Require:
strong, contemporary design reflective of a modern, innovative company
navy and silver color scheme, further enhancing the sense of reliability and freshness in design
A logo that works well across all marketing and advertising mediums
This logo is for a strata management company that specializes in overseeing shared properties like condominiums or apartment complexes. They handle everything from administrative tasks to maintenance, fostering a sense of community and ensuring smooth operations within these shared spaces.
The name of the business is KC Strata
Ensure the logo works well across different mediums and sizes, from business cards to signage. A scalable design will maintain its impact and legibility regardless of where it's displayed.
Make sure the logo has an image plus the name of the business in it.
Make sure to supply the art file so colors and sizes can be changed

Ideal Skills and Experience:
degree in graphic arts or design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator
strong understanding of color theory and branding
demonstrated experience designing successful, impactful logos for other modern businesses
Knowledge of current trends in logo design
strong communication and understanding of project requirements.
