Contest Brief

I'm in need of an expert graphic designer to generate a professional, corporate style design for a marketing folder, both inside and outside. This is for a construction company.

Here are the requirements:
- Include Company logo prominently in the design
- Color scheme should be dark grey, blue, white and a touch of black
- The design should strike a balance between minimalist and decorative. It shouldn't be overly simple, but it shouldn’t be cluttered as well.
- Use the image of the contractor graphic on the inside flaps of the design
- Make the design minimalistic, with emphasis on the company logo

Ideal skills for this job would be:
- Proven graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing creativity and versatility
- Ability to translate business needs into strong visual concepts
- Excellent command over designing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Experience in designing for corporate style materials would be a plus.
